Three mates. One mission. Too many wasted cucumbers.

It started right here on the Mid North Coast ,the best cucumber-growing patch in the country. A local farmer with a knack for growing the crunchiest hydroponic cukes was watching way too many of his best ones get knocked back by supermarkets for being “the wrong shape.” Perfectly good. Just not pretty enough.

Then came a chef , restaurant guy turned burger-slinger ,who reckons the right pickle can make a burger sing. Add in a fine-food connoisseur with all the smarts in sourcing, logistics, and distribution, and you’ve got the dream team for turning ugly cucumbers into something beautiful.

So we teamed up to do something simple: save the good stuff and turn it into the best damn pickle in Australia.

We’re about flavour, not perfection. Crunch, not waste. And supporting local farmers while we’re at it. Every bucket we make is packed with Aussie produce, handcrafted brine, and a whole lot of love

Because when life gives you crooked cucumbers… you make legendary pickles.
