Aussie Pickle Co Pty Ltd (“Aussie Pickle Co”, “we”, “us”) supplies refrigerated pickles to hospitality, foodservice and distribution businesses across Australia. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.
Information we collect
The only information this website collects is what you choose to give us through the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, enquiry type, and the contents of your message. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this website, and we don't collect any information from visitors who don't submit the form.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry — arranging samples, discussing pricing, or setting up supply. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
How it's handled
Enquiry form submissions are sent by email to our team using Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the message on our behalf to deliver it to our inbox and doesn't use it for any other purpose. We don't share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you — for an active supply conversation, that may be ongoing; for an enquiry that doesn't proceed, we aim to remove it once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aussiepickle.com.
